Started in Estate Agency in 1987 - after graduating from Queens University - with Daniel Henry & Son in their Coleraine Office. In 1988 Daniel Henry and Son was taken over by the Nationwide Estate Agency group and in September 1989 Mark was promoted to Branch Manager of their Ballymoney Office. In 1994 Mark left to join Gerard McAfee as a partner in the newly formed Company of McAfee Properties and Mortgages based in Coleraine. The Company grew steadily over the years opening Residential Sales Offices in Ballymoney, Ballycastle, Ballymena, Portstewart, Portrush and Antrim as well as Commercial Offices in Coleraine and Ballymena.
In addition to running the Coleraine Office, Mark was also responsible for Personnel and Compliance issues within the Group, Point of Contact with The Office of Fair Trading and Property Ombudsman as well as Internal Auditor for the Survey Departments ISO 2000 compliance. As the Property market crashed through late 2007 and 2008 it was obvious that the larger Company was no longer viable and Mark and his wife Heather took over the Coleraine Office began trading as McAfee Coleraine which as now been rebranded to Mark Pollock Residential
Mark is still actively involved in the day to day running of the business as well as acting as a Fixed Charge Receiver for the Bank of Ireland and Special Advisor to the Bank of England in relation to Residential property in the North West
After 3 years working for one of the major local Insurance companies initially in a Sales , Conor joined McAfee Coleraine full time in June 2017. Conor has worked on and off in estate agency for the past 10 years initially as an office administrator moving on to a Sales role before leaving to work in the insurance industry.
Conor has joined the team not only to add to our existing skills set but also to bring his expertise in the realm of E-Marketing and Social Media - Twitter, Facebook etc. As an interesting aside Conor is the son of Mark and Heather Pollock who founded the firm and he brings a continuity to the strong core values of this family owned and run business.
Joined the Coleraine team in August 1995 as office/sales administrator in a local architect's office from leaving school. In 1997 Trudi was promoted to senior administrator and then office manager in 2000.
In addition to Trudi's duties as office manager, she began training as a sales negotiator in early 2002. During this time period she was also responsible for training new administration staff and indeed, her eventual replacement as office manager, moving to a full times sales role in 2003.
On her return to work in 2005, after the birth of her second child, Trudi took over responsibility for managing the sales team and also began to become involved with the valuation side of the business and was promoted again in 2007 to Sales Manager.

Founded in 2018 by Principal,Jordan Dallas, who has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2016, the company services clients across Northern Ireland. Jordan has also work in the estate agency also with over 10 years experience working for his family firm Dallas Real Estate.
